CupcakKe, Euphorize
Chicago’s Elizabeth Eden Harris spits sex-positive, body-positive, expletive-positive rhymes over juicy, raucous beats. While she’s hardly the first MC to deliver explicit songs about her sexual prowess (and she has quite a few), not too many will use that same sexually explicit swagger to champion LGBTQ+ inclusivity on the same record. She’s got her all-out, monocle-shattering dirty talk and then she’s got her social consciousness too, and its fun to see the different aspects of her voice share space with each other. Highlights: “Cinnamon Toast Crunch,” “Duck Duck Goose,” “Crayons”
